Shipping Policy

 Processing Time:  All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:  Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options: Standard Shipping (5–10 business days) Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days)

Order Tracking:  Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we expand!

Returns: 30 days. Free return shipping. 

 Fulfillment Partners: Black Horse Boutique works with trusted fulfillment partners to bring you quality products. As a result, shipping times may vary slightly depending on the supplier. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us directly — we're always happy to help.

 Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you haven't received it within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at BlackHorseBoutique@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our fulfillment partners to make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [your email address] and we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.
